L’Etoile du Nord (The North
Star) is a 1982 31’ Allmand
Sloop based in Kingston, NY
that was fully refurbished in
2002. This spacious vessel
with forward and rear bunks
can sleep up to 7 people. It is
a very comfortable and stable
sailboat built for cruising.
Allmand sailboats were built in
Florida from 1980 to 1984.
L'Etoile du Nord meets all
United States Coast Guard
(USCG) safety requirements.
Captain Daniel Wolfield carries
a USCG Masters License and
towing endorsement. He has
been an avid boater in both
sailing and power boating on
the Hudson River for many
years. He has spent time
boating on Lake George and
Lake Champlain as well.
